Full capacity on all our boats returns June 12! Please refer to your reminder email and cruise listings to verify your new capacity limits. Please note that for your health, and the health of our staff, we will continue to follow the special safety measures below for the time being.
New capacity limits — 16-foot boat: 8; 18-foot boat: 9; 22-foot boat: 12.
Stringent Cleaning — We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests. All technical gear will be sanitized after each use.
Physical Distancing — Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE when physical distancing can’t be maintained. We encourage clients to bring their own PPE. For a more “touchless” check-in process we encourage our guests to bring their own ink pen.
New Cancellation Policy — During the Covid-19 pandemic our refund policy will be flexible to meet the needs of our guests. We encourage our guests to rebook or maintain a credit with us for a future booking. Please contact our office by email or phone to select one of these options or to discuss an alternative.
